Senior Project Analyst, (PV + BESS Project Management)

Reporting to a Senior Project Manager on the Utility Scale Solutions team, you’ll support the execution of client engagements at Euclid. What You’ll Do

  • Support the execution of client engagements ranging from pre-NTP development through post-NTP construction and closeout, owning discrete workstreams and deliverables
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to keep projects on track against scope, schedule, and budget
  • Build and maintain project execution plans, including timelines, budgets, and task tracking
  • Contribute to scopes of work and proposal inputs, including costing and scheduling assumptions
  • Conduct technical and financial analysis of solar PV and energy storage projects across C&I and utility-scale markets
  • Act as a power user of internal tools and software, providing feedback to improve workflows and product functionality
  • Cross-train on engagements within other teams to gain exposure to different types of clients and service offerings
  • Support onboarding and mentorship of junior team members as the team grows

Who You Are

  • 4+ years of experience in project coordination, project analysis, or project management within renewable energy, energy, or adjacent industries
  • Experience supporting utility-scale solar and BESS
  • Exposure to working with external stakeholders such as consultants, vendors, engineering firms, or contractors
  • Solid technical and analytical skills, with familiarity in project execution, development concepts, permitting, design, or construction processes
  • Ability to review and interpret technical documentation (e.g., site plans, reports, contracts, or specifications) with guidance
  • Understanding of the renewable energy project lifecycle and key project drivers
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, economics, or a related field
  • PMP or similar certification is a plus, but not required

How You’ll Be Compensated

The starting base salary for this role is between $100,000 and $115,000 with an equity award as part of your all-in compensation. The actual base salary and equity is dependent upon many factors, such as location, experience and internal compensation equity.
