As a Senior Programmatic Specialist you will:

  • Oversee the end-to-end setup, management, and optimization of programmatic campaigns across DV360, Adform, and Native platforms (Taboola, Outbrain)

  • Lead the technical setup of campaigns in ad servers (CM360/Adform)

  • Deliver deep-dive reports & insights and identify trends in audience behavior to influence overall media strategy

  • Own the delivery against demanding KPIs (CPA, ROAS, Brand Lift).

  • Implement A/B testing frameworks for creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies

  • Act as the first point of contact for tracking issues, pixel discrepancies, and creative quality check, utilizing Google Tag Manager and debugging tools

  • Lead relationships with publishers to negotiate PMPs (Private Marketplaces) and Programmatic Guaranteed deals

  • Provide guidance for junior specialists, ensuring best practices are followed across the department

Requirements

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics

  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in programmatic trading

  • Expert knowledge of programmatic DSP platforms (e.g. DV360, Adform)

  • Strong working knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM) and ad servers, with experience supporting tracking and measurement implementations

  • Advanced analytical mindset for data-driven decision making

  • Proven ability to manage high-budget portfolios across varying markets and industries simultaneously

  • Full professional proficiency in both Greek and English

  • Experience with data visualization tools like Looker Studio or Tableau is a plus
