We are seeking an experienced Senior Program & Operational Lead to support our growing USINDOPACOM portfolio. This role is pivotal in program execution, team operations, and resource management across multiple initiatives supporting Indo-Pacific mission priorities. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, strong program and operations expertise, Costpoint proficiency, and direct professional experience relevant to USINDOPACOM or the Indo-Pacific regional efforts.
This role requires a leader capable of driving performance, ensuring compliance, and enabling mission success in a dynamic operational environment.

Location: This position is 100% onsite and based at Camp Smith, Aiea, Hawaii. No remote or hybrid options are available. Candidates must be able to work full‑time at Camp Smith and maintain daily presence on base to support mission requirements.
