  • Analyze operational, inventory, and ERP (SAP) data using advanced Excel and reporting tools to drive informed decision-making and maintain data accuracy.

  • Develop and standardize SOPs, process documentation, and reporting dashboards (Power BI/Azure DevOps) to improve visibility and performance tracking.

  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and apply continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma) to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.

  • Demonstrated experience managing SLA-driven workflows (24–48 hour response requirements).

  • Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, tactical environments requiring hands-on execution.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification (or equivalent applied experience).

  • Experience in supply chain or factory operations environments.

  • Experience building Power BI dashboards and Azure DevOps reports.
