The Red Gate Group is seeking a Program Manager (Senior) to support the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) in Washington, DC. This position supports CIO-6, which manages and operates JWICS. The role will contribute to the JWICS Modernization initiative by providing senior-level program and project management engineering and technical support, overseeing complex programs that enhance the operational effectiveness, efficiency, and resiliency of JWICS architecture across all Division functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervises, coordinates, and exerts authority for planning, organizing, controlling, integrating, and completing projects
  • Knowledgeable and has experience in requirements definition, work planning, budget control, communication methods and procedures
  • Manages program issues pertaining to personnel, funds, and delivery of contractual items
  • Evaluates complex program requirements and developments while providing guidance, decisive resolutions, and expert advice
  • Enforces work standards, develops schedules, reviews work discrepancies and communicates policies
  • Assists in ensuring that staffing, facilities, and equipment are adequate for the successful completion of projects
  • Performs enterprise-wide horizontal integration planning and interfaces to other functional systems
  • Active TS/SCI and willingness to take CI Polygraph 
  • Demonstrates in-depth knowledge and understanding of the labor category activities required to meet mission requirements
  • Demonstrates ability to define comprehensive, new, or unique approaches that enable rigorous assessments to address and contribute to high-level tasks
  • Demonstrates in-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries and clearly articulates key findings
  • Demonstrates ability to work independently and with minimal oversight
  • Minimum 8 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
  • Master's degree from accredited institution OR Bachelor's degree + an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 13 years, as a substitute to the Master's degree
