Senior Program Managers at AMG are the architects of our client's success. You are responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of  some of our most challenging programs, leading execution and serving as the primary point of contact for high-value accounts. Beyond execution, a Senior Program Manager is expected to optimize internal workflows, mitigate high-level risks, and ensure that every deliverable not only meets but exceeds client expectations. For this role you will oversee and lead a new creator program for a soon to be released Mobile FPS title.


Responsibilities & Duties


The job responsibilities of the position are to be performed with regular exercise of discretion and independent judgment pursuant to AMG management policies and business operation guidelines. The following list outlines, in general, your job duties. 


Client Management: 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key client relationships, acting as a liaison between AMG and the client.
  • Utilize internal AMG teams to ensure contract deliverables are completed on time, within budget and to the satisfaction of the client. 
  • Ensure that clients feel confident at all times that AMG will meet and exceed their expectations for service and products.
  • Effectively communicate client expectations, feedback, and pertinent details to the appropriate AMG team members.
  • Provide oversight and collect regular status reports on programs/products and their progress in order to communicate with AMG leadership, and with the client.
  • Accountable for the on-time and on-budget delivery of AMG deliverables.
  • Maintain strong grasp of AMG vision, company direction, and core product offerings, with ability to steer client communications towards projects and initiatives that align with AMG core competencies, or key initiatives.
  • Organize and participate in campaigns and events to build community and boost brand awareness.


Operational Management: 

  • Utilize AMG systems and processes to stay informed of the current standing of all projects under your management.
  • Effectively communicate client expectations, deadlines, and all project details to the appropriate AMG internal teams, such as the Production, Tech, Creative and Finance teams.
  • Manage workflow by outlining all project deliverables, assigning specific deliverables to the appropriate team members  and developing a schedule to ensure their timely completion.
  • Execute high level creative oversight of program direction and brand messaging to ensure the client’s overall vision and directives are realized throughout the project. 
  • Audit existing program lifecycles to identify bottlenecks; design and implement solutions orientated improvements to increase team velocity and output quality. 
  • Keep Executive Management informed of high level opportunities or concerns regarding key client relationships.


Team Management: 

  • Establish a cadence of team meetings to ensure timely completion of all project deliverables.
  • Provide consistent and timely feedback to team members needing assistance and/or approvals.
  • Provide consistent feedback, guidance and mentorship to your direct reports regarding performance.
  • Provide guidance on client communication standards and project management best practices.
  • Recognize the abilities of your team in order to  best utilize their strengths, as well as identify opportunities for them to further develop their skills.


Qualifications

  • REQUIRED: 4+ years working in the  gaming industry in a related role.
  • Related roles include Program or Project Management, community management, talent management, or other creator-related activities. Experience within a fast-paced agency or gaming environment is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience and demonstrated ability to motivate and effectively lead teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to captivate and engage stakeholders and clients through exceptional presentation delivery.
  • Ability to interpret content analytic data and online community engagement metrics.
  • Ability to solve problems relating to time management, and lead your team on the right course.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation for this role is based on factors such as experience, skill level, and location, with salary ranges varying accordingly
