The Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Program Manager to join the GenAI Product Operations team. In this role, you will interface primarily with the Head of Product Operations and GenAI Product Leadership to drive organizational alignment and execution.

You will act as a key operator for the leadership team, helping to structure ambiguity and translate strategic intent into clear communication materials. This role requires a blend of analytical thinking and creative storytelling . You will be responsible for maintaining the operational frameworks that guide how we engage with partners and how we communicate our vision, ensuring that our narrative remains consistent, updated, and aligned with the broader organization.

Responsibilities

  • Narrative Alignment & Content Development:
    • Craft and maintain high-quality presentation materials for executive reviews, partner briefings, and team updates, translating complex concepts into clear, engaging formats.
    • Ensure that the team's vision is consistently reflected across various communication channels and updated as the product roadmap evolves.
    • Support the development of the organization's strategic narrative, working with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure stories resonate with internal and external audiences.
  • Inbound Operations & Engagement Frameworks:
    • Manage the operational framework for "Top of Funnel" inbound requests from Cloud and Strategic Partners .
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess potential engagements for alignment with program goals, facilitating the review process.
    • Oversee the effective routing of opportunities to the appropriate internal teams, ensuring smooth handoffs and clear tracking of strategic interactions.
  • Organizational Effectiveness & Special Projects:
    • Support the "business rhythm" of the organization by helping to structure leadership forums and track action items .
    • Take on diverse "special projects" that require cross-functional coordination, research, and structured problem-solving .
    • Partner with Product and Engineering counterparts to gather input and facilitate collaboration on key organizational initiatives .

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred .
  • 7+ years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of success in leading and delivering complex programs .
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and articulate compelling narratives and stories .
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences .
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends .
  • Experience in conducting market research and competitive analysis .
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams .
  • Experience with program management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) .
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management .
  • Proficiency in presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides) .
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills .
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment .
