About the role
The Senior Program Manager (SPM) is a well-rounded leader who can serve wherever needed, balancing internal program management with external stakeholder engagement. They will oversee live training programs, support learners with humility and passion, and cultivate employer relationships that lead to meaningful employment outcomes.
At the heart of this role is problem-solving: the SPM will anticipate challenges, remove barriers, and design solutions that enable both learners and stakeholders to thrive. This role requires someone equally comfortable managing detailed program workflows and representing the program to senior external partners.
As Senior Program Manager, you will play a central role in leading the design, launch, and execution of Correlation One’s live training programs. These programs typically run for 12–20 weeks and require exceptional attention to detail, coordination, and leadership to ensure that learners, instructors, and staff all have a seamless experience. You will be directly responsible for creating an environment where learners feel supported, motivated, and fully prepared to succeed — not just in completing the program, but in achieving meaningful employment outcomes.
A key part of your work will be driving the job-matching process. You will engage directly with employers, understand their needs, and connect them with program graduates who have the right skills and potential. In doing so, you will act as the bridge between learners’ aspirations and labor market demand, ensuring that our training programs translate into real opportunities. Your ability to build and maintain strong external relationships will be critical to the success of this work.
You will also oversee and manage members of the program team, including Operations Analysts and contracted instructional staff such as instructors, teaching assistants, and career success coaches. Providing guidance, feedback, and accountability will be an essential part of your leadership, helping the team deliver high-quality outcomes across multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Internally, you will work closely with cross-functional colleagues in Business Operations, Learning Experience Design, Product, Data, and Engineering. Your role will require translating strategic goals into executable plans, troubleshooting problems as they arise, and sharing insights that improve program quality and efficiency. At times, you may step into different roles — whether running admissions, managing employer outreach, or supporting live sessions — to ensure the program delivers on its commitments.
Ultimately, your impact will be defined by your ability to anticipate challenges, design solutions, and drive both learners and stakeholders toward success. You will combine high-level problem solving with hands-on execution, always balancing humility, collaboration, and accountability with a relentless focus on results.
