Role Overview  

This created position is an integral part of the Taiwan Global Sourcing team. We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Senior Program Management Specialist/of Global Sourcing Business to bring the best experiences to our customers and drive growth in Global Sourcing sales. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to optimize existing operations and maximize revenue opportunities with your strong cross-functional communication and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will play a key role in strengthening our product offering and enhancing our competitive edge in the e-commerce market.

What You Will Do 

• Develop and implement comprehensive Global Sourcing business strategies to expand the company’s presence in Taiwan market.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Category teams, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Finance, to ensure alignment and execution of Global Sourcing initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional projects to dive into pain points, improve operational efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance the customer experience.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders, including overseas vendors, logistics providers, and government agencies, to support Global Sourcing business objectives.
• Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive strategic decision-making.

Basic Qualifications  

• 6+ years of experience in program management or business operations, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry
• Ability to deep dive into complex issues, demonstrate attention to detail, and solve customer service issues efficiently
• Proven track record of designing and implementing performance metrics and driving business outcomes
• Strong analytical skills and strong capability in Excel with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across departments and cultures.
• Demonstrated project management experience, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English

Preferred Qualifications 

• Proficiency in Korean or Japanese
• Familiar with SQL
