The Senior Professional Services Engineer works closely with customers to understand business and technical requirements, design scalable solutions, troubleshoot advanced issues, and provide strategic technical guidance.

 How will you make an impact?

  • Develop/Configure software feature(s) according to design document & enterprise software standards. 
  • Customer interaction for any technical queries and discussions 
  • Supporting client in performing user acceptance testing 
  • Interface independently with various R&D and PS Groups and with Customer Support. 
  • Working in USA (EST) shiftzone (5PM IST to 2AM IST) 
  • Remote Employees - Permanent work from home 

Have you got what it takes?

  • Overall, 5-7 years IT industry experience – A MUST 
  • BS Degree in computer science, engineering, or work equivalence  
  • Experience of 4+ years in pure development 
  • Proven and Hands on experience in PL/SQL, SQL, and Databases (MongoDB, Postgres, MS-SQL, MySQL, Oracle, etc.) 
  • Hands on experience Unix commands and shell scripting. 
  • Python language awareness would be MUST. 
  • Experience of working in Cloud / AWS environment will be an advantage. 
  • Jenkins, Artifactory, Docker and Kubernetes basic understanding required for DevOps. 
  • AML and /or Fraud and / or Financial Market domains in Banking & Finance domain experience / certification will be an added advantage.   
  • Actimize related (AIS/RCM/UDM) knowledge/Development experience is a plus. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills  
  • Analyzes information and deduces conclusions within the wider professional space. 
  • Familiar with coding concepts for ensuring high scalability, multi-user, secured coding. 
  • Actively engages others in work done, to expand and broaden professional domain knowledge and know-how. 
  • Has high-attention to details and works well in a dynamic and stressful environment.
