A Production Artist ensures creative concepts are executed flawlessly by producing, formatting, and refining print and digital assets. They work with creative teams to finalize layouts, ensure brand compliance, retouch images, and prepare press-ready files. This role requires
expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
PRODUCTION & EXECUTION:
Create, edit, and format graphics (print, digital, packaging, web) based on designer concepts.
QUALITY CONTROL:
Act as the final check for layouts, typography, color accuracy, and brand guidelines.
FILE PREPARATION:
Prep final files for print (prepress) or digital distribution.
ASSET MANAGEMENT:
Organize, archive, and maintain image libraries and project files.
COLLABORATION:
Work with art directors, designers, and project managers to meet deadlines.
Required Skills:
SOFTWARE PROFICIENCY:
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). Proficient in Keynote, PowerPoint and Figma.
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:
Understanding of printing processes, file optimization, and color correction.
ATTENTION TO DETAIL:
Meticulous approach to reviewing work for errors.
TIME MANAGEMENT:
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
A degree in graphic design or a related field, plus experience in print and digital production.
