The Senior Production Artist is a highly experienced technical specialist who owns the flawless final execution and quality assurance of all creative assets across print and digital platforms. This role requires technical knowledge to autonomously troubleshoot, finalize, and release complex files, ensuring strict adherence to production best practices and brand standards.  
Qualifications 
  • 3 to 5 years relevant experience 
  • College degree preferred but equivalent combination of education and experience also acceptable 
  • Proficient in Figma, and Adobe CC suite of applications (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications 
  • Proficient in digital development in Figma and Google Web Designer 
  • Proficient in basic animation development utilizing Figma and After Effects 
  • Proficient in PowerPoint
Key Duties and Responsibilities 
  • Extensive knowledge of effective print and digital production processes, roles, tools, workflow best practices, and trends. 
  • Troubleshoots and finalizes files for print release, unsupervised. 
  • Finalizes pieces for release to digital or print development. 
  • Photo retouching: specializes in image retouching, color correction, or compositing on assigned projects; may also provide illustrations or low-res comping. 
  • Initiates iterative design based on existing pieces or established brand style; may collaborate with an art director. 
  • Design slides with guidance from creative director, create icons, and can create animated builds within the presentation (PowerPoint duties). 
  • Identify efficiencies and improve production processes
