Senior Production / Account Manager

Contract Length/Duration: 6 months

We are looking for a Production / Account Manager to oversee the delivery of creative, digital, and marketing projects from concept to completion.

The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, highly organised, and thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, creative teams, and external suppliers to bring campaigns and content to life.

• Oversee end-to-end production of creative assets — digital, print, video, and social
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams (creative, design, strategy, and operations) to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Review and quality-check all deliverables before submission.
• Identify potential risks or delivery challenges and proactively find solutions.
• Support account growth through strong relationship management and strategic input.

• 6+ years’ experience in account management, production management, or project management, ideally within a creative, marketing, or agency environment.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience managing budgets and timelines effectively.
• Understanding of the creative process and production lifecycle (digital, print, or broadcast).
