About the Role: 

The fundamental goal of Product Operations is to ensure we create the right products to move our business forward. Product Operations works closely with cross-functional partners to surface needs, prioritize, test, roll out, and iterate on products.

As we expand our portfolio built on a massive network of connected devices, we’re looking for a Product Operations Manager who brings strong hardware intuition and go-to-market (GTM) execution skills. You will help elevate our hardware products by identifying growth opportunities, improving operational processes, and shaping insights that guide product, sales, and marketing strategies. A core part of your role will be transforming how we evaluate customer requests and making them more data-driven, efficient, and impactful.

You will work closely with product managers and stakeholders from sales, marketing, and engineering teams to help drive rapid company growth. In addition, you will oversee a range of strategic and operational responsibilities as part of Motive's New Product Introduction and lead our Early Access programs for hardware products.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Define, implement, and optimize processes that streamline the end-to-end product development lifecycle.
  • Improve engagement models across product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Develop go-to-market (GTM) rollout plans for new products and manage cross-functional execution.
  • Track and analyze metrics related to product and hardware performance.
  • Identify and advocate for data-driven insights to influence product enhancements and commercial strategy.
  • Lead and manage hardware Beta and Early Access programs, ensuring rigorous testing and customer feedback loops.
  • Compile and analyze customer feedback to identify improvements and influence product direction.
  • Perform post-launch analyses to evaluate product success and recommend next steps for iteration or scale.
  • Drive alignment and readiness across teams for new hardware launches, maximizing customer and revenue impact.

What We’re Looking For: 

  • 6+ years of experience as a program manager within Product, Sales, or Marketing organizations.
  • Experience in managing product operations with a strong emphasis on hardware, including experience with New Product Introduction (NPI).
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A dedicated team player who excels at enabling others to perform at their best.
  • A passion for engaging with and learning from customers.A self-starter with a high level of motivation to exceed expectations.
  • Expertise in data analysis and manipulation using SQL or other tools (e.g., Salesforce, Excel).
  • Proven experience in driving projects end-to-end and fostering collaboration across organizations at all levels.
  • Experience working effectively with remote or offshore teams.

Your compensation may be based on several factors, including education, work experience, and certifications. For certain roles, total compensation may include restricted stock units. The compensation range for this position will depend on where you reside. For this role, the compensation range is:

$121,000$185,000 USD
