This group is responsible for working with technology teams throughout the process lifecycle to specify, develop, and implement the firms’ infrastructure and new middle- and back-office applications.
This position offers the opportunity to define and design the next generation of products in Investor Accounting and Transfer Agency domain, which is used by some of the most sophisticated hedge funds in the world, and to collaborate with some of the brightest minds in the industry.

What will you do

Contributing to the product vision for Arcesium’ s Investor allocation & accounting product.
Distill the vision into product roadmap and feature specifications by requirement gathering and solutioning
Collaborate with technologists to translate the Product Specification to design and eventual product
Articulate business case, ROI, Budgets & timelines; communicate with all stakeholders including clients
Rigorously and continuously evaluate the progress of product/feature-in-flight by leveraging the created test cases/beds and ensure compliance to the product/feature specification and the vision
Conduct market research and competitive landscape analysis to keep industry pulse and stay ahead of the competition
Collaborate with product Managers across the product groups on cross cutting programs

What you’ll need:

3-5+ years of professional experience with 2+ years in Product Management
Demonstrated ability to partner closely with engineering teams
Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to articulate viewpoints and influence stakeholders
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail and quality
Exceptional academic background and passion for high-tech software development
