Senior Product Owner (MSP)

• Own and manage multiple product backlogs, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and alignment with strategic objectives 
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and organize product roadmap and success metrics 
• Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria that translate customer needs into actionable development tasks 
• Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release coordination across agile teams 
• Partner with Engineering to evaluate technical trade-offs and ensure timely delivery 
• Analyze customer feedback, usage data, and market trends to inform product decisions 
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and enterprise security standards

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Product Owner or Product Manager in a software development environment 
• Proven experience managing multiple agile backlogs and working with distributed teams 
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills 
• Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps 
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management

• Understanding of backup, disaster recovery, and data protection technologies 
• Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise infrastructure products 
• Knowledge of RTO/RPO concepts and data resiliency strategies 
• Background in cybersecurity or compliance-driven environments 
• Technical degree or equivalent experience in computer science, engineering, or related field
