About the Role

Are you ready to redefine what "safety" means on the road? We are looking for a Superstar Senior Product Owner based in Brazil to lead the charge for our North American Video Safety portfolio.

This isn't a "business as usual" role. You will be the bridge between high-level strategic vision and ground-level engineering execution, driving the evolution of our cutting-edge AI video solutions. The Mission

As our Senior PO, you will be the heartbeat of our Video Safety engineering squads in Latin America. Your primary focus is the North American Market. You will translate complex market needs into a high-velocity execution engine, ensuring our video portals, AI event detection, and driver coaching tools remain the gold standard for our customers.

What You’ll Own

• Execution Excellence: Take the North American product roadmap and turn it into reality. You’ll be embedded with multiple engineering teams, managing the backlog for our Video Safety Portal, Front-end solutions, and AI-driven behavior events.
• Strategic Connectivity: Partner closely with our Product Managers, Product Marketing, Sales, and Engineering to digest company-wide goals and synthesize them into actionable technical requirements.
• Customer Advocacy: This isn't a "behind the desk" job. You will get deep into the weeds of our North American customers' needs, understanding their pain points to ensure the "why" is communicated as clearly as the "what."
• The AI Frontier: Lead the development of our Video Driver Behavior and Event AI solutions, ensuring our coaching and performance and reporting capabilities empower fleets to save lives and reduce risk.

Who You Are

• A Senior Leader: Reporting to the Director of Product, you are a high-impact contributor who can master complex technical landscapes quickly and hit the ground running to drive high-stakes products with minimal hand-holding.
• A Master Communicator: You can explain the nuances of the North American market to LatAm engineering teams and vice versa, ensuring nothing is lost in translation.
• Technical & Analytical: You are comfortable discussing the nuances of AI models and the logic behind video event detection. Simultaneously, you must be capable of shifting context to discuss front-end UX flows and the user experience.
• Relentless Driver: You are obsessed with delivery. You know how to unblock teams, prioritize effectively, and keep the momentum high.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years as a Product Owner or Product Manager, ideally in SaaS, Telematics, or Video/AI tech. You have a proven ability to leverage AI tools across all aspects of your role—from automating documentation to accelerating product discovery—to drive both personal productivity and product innovation. Expert-level familiarity with Atlassian (Jira, Confluence) and Google Suite is required.
• Market Context: Deep familiarity with the North American market (its standards, customer expectations, and regulatory environment) is a non-negotiable requirement.
• Leadership: Experience working with distributed engineering teams in Latin America and across other global regions..
• Fluency: Professional-level English is required for strategic alignment and customer interaction.
