In this role, you’ll contribute directly to AXON, our state-of-the-art Digital Supply Chain Twin SaaS solution. Our AXON team is a young, dynamic group of experts across Frontend, Backend, DevOps, Big Data, AI, and more. Together, we’re shaping a product that’s future-ready, leveraging the latest in technology and innovation. Defining and maintaining course towards the product North Star, while managing the high expectations of enterprise customers, and keeping internal stakeholders happy is not an easy feat. But if the previous sentence didn’t scare you, you might be the Product Owner that we are looking for. You will report to a Lead Product Owner and divide the work with 2 other Product Owners.

Product Discovery
Collaborate closely with colleagues and customers to uncover and develop new opportunities and features for Axon.
Leverage customer feedback and internal insights to shape the product roadmap and drive innovation.
Product Delivery
Define and refine user stories, ensuring they are well-detailed and prioritized for seamless sprint execution.
Advocate for a superior user experience by creating design proposals, wireframes, and collaborating with UX/UI specialists when necessary.
Maintain close communication with implementation consultants and solution managers to gather valuable insights into customer usage patterns and requirements for Axon.
Take end-to-end ownership of product initiatives, from concept and realization to testing and delivery.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product experts, architects, developers, and quality assurance professionals, to achieve shared goals.
Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and alignment.
Be an integral member of the integrated Product & Engineering team, contributing to the cohesive development of Axon.
Take ownership of the topics you’re responsible for, even when your tasks aren’t strictly defined.
An ideal candidate:
Experience: 0-3 years of experience as a Product Owner (or similar role) in software product development.
Education: Master of Science, Master of Business Engineering or similar education.
Team Player: Has strong communication skills, values collaboration, aligns with Bluecrux’s core values of open-mindedness, ambition, humility, and a passion for tackling challenges together.
Ownership-Driven: Takes pride in their work and is accountable from start to finish.
Solutions-Oriented: Approaches challenges with a focus on finding solutions, not just problems.
Tech-Savvy: feels comfortable discussing data architecture structures, data analytics, UX and UI designs.
Bonus Skills: Experience in Supply Chain Domain
Languages: Fluent in Dutch and English.
