Join this strategic greenfield project, developing an end-to-end payments platform for a German client, backed by a well-established European energy and mobility group. With full ownership over both the architecture and delivery, our team is responsible for defining and building a modern, scalable solution that will strengthen our position in the financial services market. As part of the core discovery team, you will help outline the technical vision and foundations that will enable a larger engineering team to scale the solution.
Responsibilities

Drive Impact -> Identify and understand business needs, external influencers, organizational capabilities, technology and policies.

Streamline Requirements -> Document functional and non-functional product requirements, and define context diagrams, entity-relationship diagrams, and activity diagrams while being part of a team consisting of Developers, Testers and a Project Manager.

Strategic Shaping -> Propose the implementation of the roadmap to the customer, identify business objectives for the roadmap, refine priorities, and guide stakeholders through prioritization challenges.

Leverage Expertise -> Manage the product backlog, write user stories, define milestones, ensure acceptance and take ownership.

User Insight -> Define user personas, reference the user journey for scope modeling in a project for Retail Industry.

Ensure Outstanding Quality -> Confirm that the requirements meet the agreed-upon business needs and embrace the latest trends in software development to deliver top-tier performance and innovation.
- 5+ years of experience working in a similar role.
- Involvement in payments-related projects, with a solid understanding of the associated business and functional flows.
- Experience in applying agile methodologies: strong background in working within Agile/Scrum frameworks.
- Stakeholder management and proven client facing expertise to manage relationships with stakeholders, gather requirements, and ensure alignment on product goals.
- Good understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Proficient in data analysis & strategic vision to interpret data and analytics to translate business goals into product strategy and actionable user stories.
- Ability to manage change and work in a dynamic environment
- Advanced English language skills
