Responsibilities
Product Operations
Cooperate closely with product managers and R&D teams, identify pain points and bottlenecks in product processes from an operational perspective, and develop sound KYC product solutions.
Collaborate effectively with upstream product R&D teams and downstream business units to mobilize resources from all parties and achieve project post-launch product operations through data analysis.
Stay sensitive to industry trends and solve product operation-related problems in an innovative manner.
Vendor Management
Manage the existing portfolio of service providers, evaluate their service performance, and explore opportunitie
Removes for optimization or expansion.
Drive the contract renewal process and onboarding procedures for new service providers.
Evaluate service provider performance data by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs). Assist in identifying and mitigating risks associated with cooperation with service providers.
KYC (Know Your Customer)
Participate in due diligence and risk assessment to ensure that service providers comply with safety, privacy, and regulatory standards.
Coordinate with legal, compliance, security, and finance teams to complete supplier due diligence, information security assessment, and privacy compliance work.
Requirements
Have 5+ years of product operation experience in the financial or technology industry, with the ability to independently formulate product requirements and coordinate with the product R&D side for implementation.
Possess work experience in technical supplier management or service provider management; be familiar with contract management and service provider evaluation processes, and understand the dynamics of service provider cooperation and negotiation principles.
Be results-oriented, with strong data analysis capabilities to derive insights and make decisions through data mining.
Demonstrate excellent communication, analytical, logical thinking, problem-solving, and written expression skills.
Be adaptable and open-minded, capable of performing effectively in a fast-paced remote working environment.
Be proficient in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate smoothly with overseas partners and relevant stakeholders.
