As a Product Operations, you're expected to play a pivotal role in building different banking integrations with third parties. Responsibilities will include:

Use real-time data to identify gaps and immediately fine-tune processes for better efficiency.
Implement improvements to our processes and lead fraud training materials for our operational and strategic teams
Design and build investigation processes from scratch, with a strong focus on fraud investigations.
Owning a roadmap from end to end, evaluating priorities and assessing ambiguous tradeoffs in a fast-paced environment
Take full ownership of the funnel steps from "confirmed" to "released" (after registration and before release). Optimize due diligence processes to enhance efficiency and compliance. Proactively monitor and continuously optimize the confirmed to release funnel. Lead and influence platformization efforts, including global investigation services.
Regulatory Management: Serve as the central point of contact for managing and resolving regulatory requests. Oversee the implementation of engineering/operation solutions for remediation, where applicable

We're looking for an experienced Product Operations who has:

4+ years of experience in similar roles
Experience with fraud is a plus.
Fluent or native Spanish and English
Genuine curiosity about a technical ecosystem that supports all of our products. Having been exposed to third party banking integrations is a plus.
Proven track record designing and improving processes within a business area of the company encompassing third parties.
Overall business acumen. Understanding the unit economics of different financial services products is a plus.
Capacity to navigate in ambiguous situations, managing challenging stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Outstanding communication skills; ability to communicate concisely and effectively across all levels of the organization
Demonstrable track record of tactical stakeholder management
Experience building partnerships from inception to delivery
