Senior Product Marketing Manager

TLDR

Shape and strengthen Vista’s product marketing by leading global go-to-market initiatives and client education programs that drive adoption and engagement.

The Role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our Global Marketing team. This role is critical in shaping and strengthening Vista’s approach to product marketing— driving initiatives that support client adoption, increase long-term product engagement, and ensure our ecosystem of solutions is clearly positioned and understood by cinema operators and users around the world.

As Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will lead planning and oversee delivery of go-to-market (GTM) activities for new products and features, as well as user-education programmes that drive awareness, adoption, and satisfaction. You’ll work closely with our Product, Client Success, Knowledge Services and Sales teams to ensure clients understand, embrace, and get maximum value from our solutions. This role blends leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on delivery of high-quality product marketing and education initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Go-to-Market & Strategy

· Lead and deliver global go-to-market plans for product and feature releases

· Define product positioning and compelling value propositions for the Vista portfolio.

User Education

· Lead the development of client education programmes (e.g. user onboarding journeys, product guides, feature explainers, release education).

· Partner with Knowledge Services to ensure training, documentation, and enablement materials support product launches and adoption goals.

Execution & Enablement

· Create and maintain marketing materials including narratives, sales collateral, videos, customer stories, and adoption campaigns.

· Partner with the wider marketing team to showcase Vista’s product ecosystem and innovations across digital channels, events, and other marketing activities.

· Analyse initiative performance to refine strategy and improve future efforts.

· Maintain accuracy and consistency of product information across client-facing content and channels.

Leadership

· Coach and mentor Vista’s Product Marketing team (two Product Marketing Managers).

· Champion cross‑functional alignment and support roadmap and release readiness activities.

Experience:

  • Strong experience in a similar role
  • Experience working collaboratively and cross-functionally to achieve business outcomes
  • Experience in a technology/software business will be advantageous
  • Passion for the movie/entertainment industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in working with virtual teams, across international markets
  • Additional language skills are an advantage
