We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager – Pricing & Packaging to join SoSafe. This role will drive the development and execution of pricing and packaging strategies that accelerate growth and align with our sales-led go-to-market motion.

  • Own and Refine Pricing & Packaging

    • Take ownership of SoSafe’s pricing and packaging strategy end-to-end — from analysis and strategy to execution and iteration.

    • Shape packaging to make our offerings clear, easy to understand, and aligned to customer needs, jobs-to-be-done, and willingness to pay.

    • Continuously refine monetization strategies to drive growth, adoption, and long-term customer value.

    Turn Insights into Action

    • Lead customer and market research, including quantitative studies and qualitative feedback.

    • Monitor customer needs, product evolution, and competitive dynamics to inform actionable recommendations.

    Drive Revenue and Growth

    • Identify and act on monetization opportunities across the customer journey, including onboarding, feature adoption, upsell, cross-sell, and retention.

    • Partner with go-to-market teams to position pricing and packaging effectively for different segments.

    • Use experimentation and data-driven insights to optimize pricing and packaging strategies over time.

    Collaborate and Influence

    • Work cross-functionally with Product, Product Marketing, Sales, Finance, Sales Operations, and Leadership to align pricing initiatives with business priorities.

    • Present recommendations to senior stakeholders, driving clarity, alignment, and confidence in decisions that impact revenue and customer experience.

    • Be the internal expert for pricing and packaging, providing guidance and structured thinking.

What makes you a great fit:

  • 8+ years of experience in the technology industry, focusing on Pricing & Packaging, Monetization, Product Marketing, Business Planning, or Corporate Strategy.

  • 3+ years in roles with hands-on pricing and packaging responsibility, ideally in B2B SaaS.

  • Proven experience building pricing and packaging proposals that meet customer needs and drive acquisition, adoption, and expansion.

  • Strong understanding of sales-led GTM motions and how pricing influences buyer decision-making across the sales cycle.

  • Deep knowledge of pricing frameworks and methodologies, including value-based pricing, tiered models, and packaging design.

  • Advanced analytical skills, capable of turning complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.

  • Strong program and project management skills; able to drive cross-functional initiatives through influence.

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills — able to explain complex topics simply and persuasively to different audiences.
