As Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will drive the strategic and operational excellence of our product performance and storytelling across all marketing channels. In this highly cross-functional and generalist role, you combine data-driven decision-making with sharp strategic thinking to maximise the commercial impact and brand visibility of our key product families. You will shape the product marketing strategy, define high-impact initiatives and orchestrate seamless execution across teams. This position is permanent and based in Munich.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Track, analyse and interpret monthly product performance and translate insights into concrete optimisation actions
  • Define and execute ad hoc initiatives for categories and product families to support commercial targets
  • Partner with marketing channels to test, scale and optimise tactics that drive sales and brand positioning, including the use of AI-powered tools
  • Develop, refine and operationalise the strategic product marketing approach, including clustering, positioning and promotion
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality product storytelling across all touchpoints (social media, onsite, stores) and align on product pushes and placements with cross-functional teams (retail, stores, marketing, product)
  • Enhance product marketing dashboards and scoring tools in collaboration with marketing analytics

YOU COME WITH

  • 5+ years of experience in cross-functional project management, performance analysis and business development in B2C e-commerce. Marketing experience is a plus
  • Strong strategic mindset and hypothesis-driven problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence, align and drive clarity across diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear commercial actions
  • Strong understanding of product marketing, customer journeys and conversion drivers
  • A holistic, strategic marketing perspective that balances brand-building, commercial performance and long-term growth
