We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team for a role to work remotely based in Canada.
Reporting to the Director, Integrated Marketing, you’re going to be a part of a team that is responsible for the entire marketing funnel for KOHO. The Senior Product Marketing manager is meant to be the point of contact for all upcoming Product launches. Our ideal candidate is well-versed in all aspects of go-to-market strategies and branding, and is a whiz in product campaign development, execution and measurement. As the pivotal point-person between Marketing and Product, you can easily speak both languages and ensure smooth communication and delivery.
In parallel with the product managers who lead the app’s development, the Product Marketing Manager will be accountable for learning the product’s strategy, getting to know its customer, and developing the tools and campaigns that the company will use to introduce and sell this product to the market.
This role is highly strategic and creative, and requires someone who can leverage member insights, brand insights, and product data to build an innovative approach to messaging, creative, and tactics.
Define our growth strategy and be the voice of the consumer to the Product team to determine the best launch strategies for each existing or new product launch and feature
Drive and develop market research plans to derive customer insights, steer & validate the product roadmap, and stay on top of the competitive landscape
Develop comprehensive marketing plans for the marketing team to execute on, in collaboration with brand, paid, lifecycle and content leads
Partnering with cross-functional leads on campaign development (briefing, feedback, production, optimization, reporting, retros etc..)
Quarterback cross-functional collaboration between product, marketing and the business teams to identify winning tactics across channels (owned and paid)
Drive impactful go-to-market launch strategies including messaging, positioning and branding/PR strategies
Work closely with the Product team to determine the best launch strategies for each existing and new product or feature release
Bachelor’s or Masters degree in business administration, commerce and/or marketing
5+ years experience in product marketing
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to deliver against expected outcomes leading complex, cross-organizational initiatives
The budgeted salary range for this role is $140,000 - $180,000 CAD / year.

Définir notre stratégie de croissance et représenter la voix du client auprès de l’équipe Produit afin d’orienter les meilleures stratégies de lancement pour les produits et fonctionnalités
Élaborer et piloter des plans d’études de marché pour générer des insights clients, orienter et valider la feuille de route produit, et suivre l’évolution du paysage concurrentiel
Développer des plans marketing complets à exécuter en collaboration avec les équipes marque, média payant, lifecycle et contenu
Collaborer avec les équipes transversales sur le développement des campagnes (brief, rétroaction, production, optimisation, analyse et rétro)
Orchestrer la collaboration entre les équipes Produit, Marketing et Affaires afin d’identifier les tactiques gagnantes à travers les canaux (organiques et payants)
Piloter des stratégies de mise en marché à fort impact incluant le positionnement, les messages, ainsi que les stratégies de marque et de relations publiques
Travailler étroitement avec l’équipe Produit pour définir les meilleures stratégies de lancement pour chaque produit ou fonctionnalité
Baccalauréat ou maîtrise en administration des affaires, commerce et/ou marketing
Plus de 5 ans d’expérience en marketing produit
Excellente gestion des priorités et du temps
Capacité à collaborer efficacement avec des équipes multidisciplinaires dans un environnement rapide
Capacité démontrée à livrer des résultats dans le cadre d’initiatives complexes et transversales
