As a Senior Product Marketing Manager for ClickUp, your responsibilities include developing end-to-end GTM strategy, driving high impact integrated marketing campaigns, and collaborating closely with Demand Gen, Content, and Lifecycle teams to execute your vision. You'll own high-impact programs from strategy to execution to drive awareness and acquisition of new customers, as well as increase expansion across ClickUp's existing customer base. Finally, you'll act as SME for all things customer—meaning you're an expert in positioning, messaging, segmentation (SMB, MM, ENT), and ClickUp's platform offering. Heavy partnership with Marketing, Sales, GTM Enablement, Product, Growth, Design and Solutions teams.
The role:
- Develop comprehensive GTM strategies, programs, and campaigns to drive new customer acquisition and expand revenue.
- Craft compelling product positioning and messaging strategies to differentiate ClickUp's platform in a highly competitive market.
- Segment GTM strategy across company size (SMB, MM, ENT), geo (NA, EMEA, APAC), and ideal customer profile (ICP).
- Drive high-impact multi-channel campaigns in partnership with Demand Gen, Lifecycle, and Integrated Marketing teams.
- Conduct market and analyst research with firms like Gartner and Forrester to understand trends and effectively position ClickUp across key categories and reports.
- Equip the sales team with necessary insights, frameworks, and resources to attract customers and close more deals.
- Develop a comprehensive content strategy that includes case studies, videos, white papers, and blog posts and more across the customer lifecycle.
- Build strong partnerships with stakeholders across Product, Growth, Sales, and Marketing—building consensus and driving long-term projects, vision, and goals.
Qualifications:
- 4-6 years in Marketing at a high-growth company, with at least 2 years holding a Product Marketing title.
- Experience marketing or selling B2B software, bonus points for SaaS and PLG.
- Strong bias for action, accountability, and adaptability—not afraid to take ownership.
- Ability to build consensus, alignment, and strong relationships with leaders and stakeholders.
- Comfortable building programs from the ground up without perfect data and/or proven best practices.
- A track record of high performance, coachability, and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Salary Range: $155,000 - $190,000 (base pay)
