You do not need to be an AI expert on day one. But you do need to be someone who learns fast, experiments constantly, and sees AI as the core toolset for doing exceptional work.

Traditional PMM candidates who rely on manual research, manual writing, and manual execution will not be successful in this role.

What You’ll Be Responsible 

AI-Driven Product Positioning & Narrative Development

  • Use AI systems to research customer engagement patterns, analyze behaviors, surface themes, and generate first-draft messaging.

  • Build and iterate positioning, value props, and differentiators based on real engagement signals, not opinions.

  • Align with Product and Sales on messaging using AI-generated summaries, insights, and analysis from customer interactions, product usage, and competitor content.

Customer, Market & Competitive Intelligence

  • Continuously run AI-powered scans across customer conversations, support transcripts, reviews, and usage data to identify pain points and opportunities.

  • Maintain competitive analysis through AI-driven monitoring, synthesis, and battlecard updates.

  • Serve as the internal source of customer insight, backed by data, not anecdote.

AI-Enabled Content Creation & Thought Leadership

  • Use AI agents to generate, test, and refine content across formats: landing pages, pitch decks, datasheets, email sequences, webinars, and thought-leadership assets.

  • Create scalable, reusable prompt workflows that allow the entire GTM team to produce consistent, high-quality content.

  • Build content with a rapid iteration mindset: publish → measure → improve → scale.

Automated Distribution & Engagement Optimization

  • Partner with demand gen to automate distribution across email, ads, social, and partner channels using AI workflows.

  • Review engagement analytics and use AI to understand what resonates, what doesn’t, and why.

  • Continuously refine messaging and content based on real behavior data.

Launch & Go-to-Market Execution

  • Coordinate GTM activities using AI-generated plans, timelines, and collateral drafts.

  • Produce launch materials with speed and repeatability by leveraging AI templates and workflows.

  • Ensure that Sales has AI-ready content and tools that are easy to adapt, reuse, and personalize.

What You’ll Need

  • 5+ years in product marketing, content marketing, growth, or similar roles in B2B SaaS or data-driven tech.

  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools for writing, research, content creation, or analysis (professional or personal).

  • Strong communication skills paired with the ability to turn complex technical concepts into simple value messages.

  • Experience working with product, demand gen, and sales—especially in fast-moving environments.

  • Ability to run multiple projects in parallel with strong ownership and clarity of execution.

  • A mindset that defaults to:

    • automate first

    • measure everything

    • iterate fast

    • never ship anything manually if AI can handle the first draft
