We are currently seeking a Senior Product Owner to join our team and drive the execution of key product initiatives. This hands-on role will focus on ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align on goals, and driving continuous improvement. You will play a key role in the product development process, prioritizing tasks, managing the product backlog, and ensuring that each release delivers real value.
About the role
As a Senior Product Owner at Workana, you will be at the forefront of product delivery, working directly with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to bring our product vision to life. Your primary focus will be on executing the product roadmap, ensuring that products are developed and launched on time, while maintaining a strong alignment with business priorities and customer needs.
This role is all about hands-on execution—you will actively manage the day-to-day product development process, continuously optimize workflows, and ensure smooth communication between teams. Your ability to prioritize, manage stakeholders, and navigate the complexities of product delivery will be essential to the success of the role.
What you’ll do
Product End-to-End
- Oversee product definition and delivery: Be directly involved in the definition, execution and timely delivery of product features, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer expectations.
- Manage product backlog: Prioritize tasks, define user stories, and work closely with the engineering team to ensure a smooth development and delivery processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with engineering, design, data, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless product delivery from start to finish.
- Optimize delivery processes: Continuously improve product workflows to enhance team efficiency, product quality, and speed to market.
Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with stakeholders: Act as the main point of contact between the product team and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals, priorities, and expectations.
- Build strong relationships: Foster strong, trusting relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to support seamless collaboration.
- Foster collaboration: Create a transparent, communicative environment that encourages teamwork and drives collective success.
- Ensure customer satisfaction: Gather feedback from stakeholders and customers, ensuring the product meets their needs and expectations, and make necessary adjustments based on their input.
Requirements
- Hands-on product execution: At least 5 years of experience in product management or a similar role, with a proven ability to drive product delivery from concept to launch.
- Experience managing stakeholders: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships across teams and departments.
- Excellent communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment.
- Prioritization & decision-making: Strong ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize features in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical and agile mindset: Ability to use data and metrics to make informed decisions, optimize product outcomes, and drive continuous improvement. Eager to make things happen and solve problems in smart ways.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Marketplace platforms: Experience working with marketplace products or platforms, particularly in the tech industry, is a plus.
