Are you a fit?

We’re looking for a Product Manager with strong AI fluency and deep familiarity with Banking & Financial Services (BFS). You’ll own strategy, discovery, and delivery for AI applications and accelerators that solve real business problems in fraud, credit risk, AML, and personalized advisory, working cross-functionally with clients and engineering to ship measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define product vision, roadmap, target users, and business objectives for AI applications and accelerators in BFS.

  • Identify, prioritize, and validate high-impact AI use cases (e.g., fraud detection, AML, credit risk, personalization).

  • Lead rapid prototyping, pilots, and PoCs to prove value and ROI; iterate post-launch using KPIs and user feedback.

  • Translate complex client needs into actionable requirements; bridge business goals with AI/ML and data capabilities.

  • Drive the full product lifecycle in an agile environment, partnering with AI/ML Engineers, Data Engineers/Analysts, UX, and Sales/Go-to-Market stakeholders.

  • Track emerging AI tech, market trends, and competitive offerings relevant to BFS; embed learnings into the roadmap.

Must-have Skills (include years of experience)

  • 5+ years as a Product Manager delivering data-intensive or AI/ML-powered products, ideally in BFS.

  • Proven product strategy, discovery, and definition experience across the end-to-end lifecycle (from ideation to post-launch optimization).

  • Strong data proficiency and comfort with ambiguity typical of AI projects; solid grasp of ML concepts, model lifecycle, and data infrastructure.

  • Experience working in agile teams with cross-functional partners (Engineering, Data, UX, Sales/Stakeholders).

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills (technical and non-technical audiences).

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (MBA a plus).

  • English level: Advanced (C1) or above for client-facing work.

Nice-to-have

  • AI Tooling Proficiency: Use one or more AI tools to optimize day-to-day work (drafting, analysis, research, or process automation), recommend effective use, and spot workflow streamlining opportunities. (Include in every posting.)

    Job Posting Template

  • Experience launching AI products/accelerators with measurable business outcomes.

  • Exposure to MLOps and model governance in regulated BFS environments.

  • Understanding of BFS regulatory/compliance needs; experience with value-based pricing and ROI demonstration.

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CSPO, PMI-ACP, AI/ML credentials).

What we offer

  • A High-Impact environment

  • Commitment to Professional Development

  • Flexible and collaborative culture

  • Global opportunities

  • Vibrant Community

  • Total Rewards (benefits vary by employment type and location)
