This role offers the opportunity to shape mobile operator authentication, carrier‑grade identity verification, and intelligent risk assessment, driving innovation that protects millions of users worldwide.

What you will do:

(Primary) Own SDK strategy and roadmap for Verify. Lead mobile app definition and delivery to support verification services.
(Secondary) Drive roadmap for Silent Auth, SMS, Voice, WhatsApp, RCS, Email OTP, and carrier APIs. Partner with engineering to enhance APIs for evolving security and operator integration.
Gather requirements, conduct user research, and analyze CIAM and carrier identity trends. Identify opportunities in AI‑powered fraud prevention.
Work with developer experience, UX/UI, engineering, security, compliance, and carrier relations to ensure standards, usability, and operator partnerships.
Monitor CPaaS/IAM landscape, AI/ML applications, and regulatory changes. Contribute to product positioning and messaging.

What you'll bring:

Strong technical foundation in SDKs, APIs, mobile apps, and identity/authentication flows.
Experience managing product backlogs, collaborating with developer relations, and applying Agile practices.
Exposure to CPaaS, IAM, 2FA/MFA, carrier services, and AI/ML in fraud detection.
Excellent communication skills across technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required

Bachelor’s in Engineering/CS or related field.
1-3 years in product management, solutions, or technical consulting.
Hands‑on with SDKs, developer tools, mobile apps, and authentication technologies.
Preferred: telecom/carrier experience, mobile auth protocols (OIDC, OAuth2, SAML), AI/ML in fraud detection, regulatory knowledge.
