Accountabilities

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, including strategy, roadmap, development, launch, and ongoing iteration.
  • Gather and analyze market requirements through customer engagement, industry research, and stakeholder input.
  • Author feature specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with engineering, QA, and design teams.
  • Prioritize the product backlog, balancing new features, enhancements, and strategic initiatives to deliver maximum value.
  • Act as the product subject matter expert, communicating the vision and roadmap internally and externally.
  • Support Sales, Professional Services, and Support Teams with materials, demonstrations, and guidance to drive adoption.
  • Define and track key success metrics, leveraging data to inform product decisions and demonstrate business impact.
  • Stay informed on regulatory changes affecting clinical operations to ensure compliant product solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B enterprise SaaS applications.
  • Proven track record of managing full product lifecycles and delivering successful product launches.
  • Experience in agile development environments with strong collaboration across engineering, QA, and design teams.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-informed decision-making skills.
  • Commitment to professional integrity and ethical decision-making.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 10-15% for customer meetings, user research, and industry events.

Nice to Have:

  • Domain knowledge of clinical trial operations from experience in pharmaceutical companies, biotech, CROs, or clinical technology providers.
  • Experience in regulated environments and familiarity with ICH GCP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11 standards.
  • Exposure to Veeva Vault Platform or other Veeva applications.
