Senior Product Manager - Value Added Services (DCC & Tax Free Shopping)

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to take full ownership of our Value-Added Services, with a primary focus on Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) and Tax-Free Shopping.

This is a strategic role, where you will act as the champion and caretaker of these services, the person who ensures they thrive, evolve, and continuously create value for consumers, merchants, and the company.

How You 'll Make an Impact

• Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for DCC & Tax Free Shopping: from vision and strategy to execution and performance tracking.
• Drive product growth by monitoring KPIs, identifying optimization opportunities, and implementing targeted initiatives.
• Build strong business cases for product enhancements, new features, and market expansions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for everything related to the VAS portfolio.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with commercial teams, operations, finance, IT, compliance, and external partners.
• Ensure products operate smoothly, profitably, and in line with regulatory and scheme requirements.
• Stay ahead of market trends, competitive offerings, and customer needs to shape the product roadmap.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Payments, Fintech, or a similar domain.
• Familiarity with emerging technology trends in the payments ecosystem, from digital wallets and real‑time payments to value‑added service innovations.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with VAS products (DCC, Tax Free Shopping, duty‑free or FX-related services) will be a plus.
• Understanding of regulatory or scheme frameworks in payments.
• Experience managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent command of English, Spanish skills will be considered a plus.
