What we’re looking for

The SurveyMonkey Pricing and Packaging team is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to drive pricing and packaging for SurveyMonkey’s self-service and product-led growth (PLG) channels. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role for someone with experience in SaaS monetization and a passion for using pricing as a strategic growth lever. You'll lead initiatives that shape how we deliver and capture value across multiple core plans and ancillary products, while owning the roadmap for all product developments to improve the user experience and optimize conversion on our plans and pricing pages. You'll partner closely with Engineering, Marketing, Data, Finance, and Sales to develop, test, and operationalize pricing strategies that accelerate adoption, conversion, and revenue growth.

What you’ll be working on

  • Execute pricing and packaging strategy for self-service and PLG channels
  • Drive continuous improvement of our customer-facing pricing and packaging pages to align with changing customer needs and industry developments
  • Design and implement new pricing models for emerging AI-based products and features
  • Design and run experiments to test monetization hypotheses and improve conversion, ARPU, and retention
  • Recommend and enact changes to product packaging in response to new feature development and changing market landscape; coordinate with other product teams to align on feature bundling within existing and emerging product plans
  • Own international pricing optimization, including market-specific sensitivity analysis, currency localization, and infrastructure requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to model business impact, align on GTM plans, and implement pricing changes across the product and billing stack

We’d love to hear from people with

  • 5 years of total experience in Product Management, with at least 2 years focused on B2B SaaS pricing and packaging
  • Experience with pricing frameworks and methodologies (e.g., value-based pricing, WTP analysis, segmentation strategies)
  • Experience working in self-service and PLG environments with a strong experimentation and data-driven mindset
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across Product, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering to deliver scalable pricing infrastructure and measurable impact
  • Experience with international pricing best practices and implementation at scale
  • Analytical fluency with tools such as SQL, Excel, and pricing research platforms
  • Strategic thinker with strong business judgment, customer empathy, and product sensibility

SurveyMonkey believes in-person collaboration is valuable for building relationships, fostering community, and enhancing our speed and execution. While this role is remote, it may require in-person participation. You will be encouraged to attend company events throughout the year. These events will take place at a designated SurveyMonkey office or location.
