We’re a team of 500+ professionals who develop cutting-edge proxy and web data scraping solutions for thousands of the world’s best known businesses, including Fortune 500 companies.
What’s in store for you:
You’ll be developing complex products with high coding standards, maintaining our own infrastructure, handling petabytes of data, and solving challenges on a daily basis. We got you covered with a team of strong professionals to support you, a well-built tech stack, and loads of ownership.
Are you passionate about crafting seamless user experiences and driving high-impact business growth? Do you want to design and optimize world-class self-service platforms and dashboards used by top S&P 500 companies? At Oxylabs, we are looking for a dynamic Senior Product Manager to spearhead our visual, UI, and business-focused product portfolio.
In this role, you will take ownership of our core customer-facing ecosystem—spanning our dashboard, self-service portals, commerce engine, website, and admin projects. You will not only drive the strategy for these platforms but also lead and mentor a talented group of Product Owners and Managers to bring that vision to life.
Your day-to-day:
Drive the Vision: Define the strategy and roadmap for our user-facing business platforms (Dashboard, Self-Service, Commerce, Website, and Admin tools), aligning them with our commercial goals and market trends.
Lead & Mentor: Act as a central leader for a group of Product Owners/Managers, fostering a culture of excellence, ownership, and cross-team alignment.
Own the Lifecycle: Oversee the product portfolio from customer discovery to delivery, ensuring concrete business outcomes and seamless user journeys.
Optimize for Growth: Track, analyze, and control key product metrics—focusing heavily on user acquisition, activation, conversion rates, and retention.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Bridge the gap between engineering, design (UI/UX), marketing, and sales to develop and deliver highly converting, user-centric features.
Deep Market Research: Conduct active user research to gain a profound understanding of customer needs, pain points, and commercial opportunities.
Your skills & experience:
4+ years of experience in product management, with a strong track record of managing visual, UI-heavy, e-commerce, or self-service products.
Proven experience mentoring, guiding, or directly leading peers (Product Owners, other PMs, or cross-functional squads) to deliver complex, multi-faceted projects.
Exceptional ability to translate user data, A/B test results, and customer discovery insights into concrete product features.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple interconnected projects and products simultaneously without losing sight of the big picture.
Excellent communication skills, capable of rallying diverse teams around a shared vision and translating technical/business details into clear objectives.
A strong sense of ownership, resilience, and a results-oriented approach in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Nice to Have:
Experience in B2B SaaS, subscription-based business models, or data services.
Background in scaling product teams or establishing product management best practices.
Deep understanding of UX research methodologies and web analytics tools.
