Senior Product Manager

We are looking  for a Senior Product Manager who owns outcomes, not just roadmaps. Someone who moves fast, thrives in ambiguity, and builds clarity where others see noise. You think in systems, act with intent, and stay close to the details 

You can’t isolate yourself or guard your area. This role is about tackling whatever helps us win and differentiate. You will collaborate across teams, connect dots others miss, and lead initiatives that directly shape how merchants succeed on Salla.

Responsibilities:

• Own and drive the multi-quarter roadmap, turning strategy into measurable outcomes.
• Turn uncertainty into direction. Cut through noise, align teams, and focus everyone on what matters most.
• Lead discovery and validation with depth. Stay close to merchants, observe their challenges, and turn insights into action.
• Ship scalable, reliable, merchant-loved products that make a clear difference in growth and efficiency.
• Coach PMs to think sharply, execute with discipline, and stay close to real users and real data.
• Balance speed with precision. Know when to sprint and when to pause to refine and sweat the details.
• Collaborate beyond your scope. Step into challenges that move Salla forward, not just your own roadmap.
• Communicate openly. Explain trade-offs, share reasoning, and bring context to every conversation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS or platform ecosystems, with a proven record of shipping meaningful products.
• You think strategically and act analytically. You connect user needs, data, and business outcomes instinctively not because someone told you to, but because that’s how you are wired.
• You are comfortable in ambiguity. You don’t wait for perfect direction but you shape it. You run toward hard, undefined problems and find ways to make them solvable.
• You value simplicity and scalability. That’s how we’ve survived and thrived, and you know that complexity kills great products.
• You are hands-on. At Salla, our senior leaders are both excellent players and strong coaches. You lead by doing.
• You collaborate by default. We have dependencies across teams, and you work through them not around them to move the whole product forward.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, with sharp written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Figma, Jira, and agile product delivery.
• Experience mentoring or leading PMs/pods preferred especially if you’ve helped others grow into independent, confident thinkers.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Founder or startup experience (0→1 product building) is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI/ML-powered or data-driven products.
