About the Role:
Nabis Technology exists to power the regulated cannabis supply chain through intelligent, resilient, and delightful software that industry operators can only find at Nabis. The team’s mission is to drive cannabis forward by simplifying industry practices, driving better standards, and enabling access to the market for all operators. Within the team, the Sales pod owns features that enables our internal sales team and partner sales organizations to manage orders, accounts, and pricing for portfolio brands through a streamlined user experience.
Nabis is seeking a driven and seasoned Senior Product Manager to join a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data analysts to build the next generation of our sales products. In this role, you’ll define and drive products that support internal and partner sales teams to transact with over 2,000 retail partners across the largest markets in the industry. You’ll work closely with stakeholders and customers to translate the industry’s needs into impactful, high-quality products that help grow and scale the industry.
This person will report to the Head of Product & Design. This role best suits individuals who have prior experience in either regulated B2B markets or in building vendor-side software solutions for e-commerce.
Responsibilities:
The Senior Product Manager, Sales, will be the primary owner for defining and implementing the long-term strategy and roadmap for the Nabis sales suite, identifying opportunities that unlock growth and revenue, improve user experience and outcomes, and drive internal sales forward.
The focus areas of the Sales team include orders, pricing, and account management. Your work will revolve around the intersection of the three to enable sales teams to make strong and well-informed decisions.
- Own and drive high-impact, cross-organization initiatives. You will be the primary driver for a number of high-impact, multi-quarter initiatives, aligning stakeholders and ensuring buy-in across Technology and company leadership.
- Drive product strategy and insights. Work closely with Strategic Initiatives, Revenue, and our internal Sales team to define long-term vision and strategy; identify opportunities through sales analytics and data insights; create alignment within the broader organization to define laser-focused roadmaps.
- Own product outcomes end-to-end.Deliver measurable impact across key company metrics, including net sales, market share, NPS, and expansion targets. Partner with Data and Engineering to define measurement frameworks for product performance.
- Influence platform and system design. Sales initiatives impact product offerings for the broader Nabis ecosystem. You will partner with other product managers and engineers to shape scalable and extensible solutions for the broader platform.
- Field research.Shadow sales reps and join ride-alongs with field teams, directly visiting retailer sites. You will partner closely with our sales team to gain on-the-ground insights.
Domain of Responsibility
- Sales rep tooling and productivity. Build internal-facing experiences that sales reps and account managers use every day, from order entry optimizations and account 360 views to sales performance and analytics dashboards.
- Pricing and promotions infrastructure. Define solutions to optimize list pricing, customer-specific pricing, volume discounting, and promotions through data.
- Account management. Build infrastructure to support account assignments, credit restrictions and AR management, and sales performance monitoring.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years in any combination of product management, product design, or engineering experience with strong business aptitude.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (CRM, Hubspot, etc.) and associated workflows.
- Proficiency with API-based solutions; experience developing software that integrates with external CRM tooling.
- Strong intuition for user experience and journey. Ability to formulate hypotheses through data and comfort making decisions with incomplete data.
- Ability to manage multiple complex priorities simultaneously, and work under pressure as a self-starter with autonomy, using a first-principles approach to problem-solving in a collaborative environment.
- Proven track record of successful multi-quarter project delivery in a fast-paced Silicon Valley technical environment.
- Proficiency with Atlassian Jira & Confluence, Google Workspace, Asana or equivalent.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, including experience presenting to executive audiences. Comfort working directly with non-technical sales leaders and field reps, translating qualitative feedback into actionable work.
- Experience building internal tools for sales, ops, or other operational users in B2B environments, not just consumer-facing products.
- B2B / wholesale / distribution domain experience, or experience selling into SMB retailers with thin margins and high-touch relationships. Prior experience in the cannabis industry, or a similar regulated environment, is a plus.
- Prior experience designing or improving pricing engines, discounting logic, or commission-affecting workflows.
- Prior experience adopting AI into product workflows to accelerate discovery and implementation.
- Familiarity with Nabis’ tech stack, including TypeScript and modern frameworks such as React, Node, and Next.js.
- Experience with Figma workflows and a keen attention to design details.
While the role is remote, the team operates across the United States and India. Core meeting hours are observed; however, some conversations may occur from the start of day Eastern until end of day Pacific time. This role will require occasional travel for on-sites or industry events.
