Senior Product Manager - SAAS / AI Products

TLDR

Lead customer discovery for Voice AI use cases, manage product lifecycle from concept to launch, and enhance user experience through empathetic voice interactions.

What You’ll Do

  • Product Discovery & Strategy: Lead deep customer discovery sessions to identify high-value use cases for Voice AI. You’ll turn ambiguous market signals into a concrete, prioritized roadmap that solves real-world CX pain points.

  • End-to-End Lifecycle Management: Own the product from concept to launch. This includes writing crisp PRDs, defining success metrics (KPIs), and managing the sprint cycle alongside engineering to ensure high-velocity shipping.

  • Holistic Product Ownership: You take responsibility for the product’s success as a business, not just a set of features. You ensure every release directly contributes to user retention, revenue growth, and long-term defensibility.

  • Voice UX & AI Orchestration: Design the logic for natural, empathetic voice interactions. You will define how our agents handle interruptions, various accents, and complex "edge-case" human emotions to ensure a premium user experience.

  • Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Serve as the "connective tissue" between engineering, design, and sales. You’ll ensure that what is being built is technically feasible, beautifully designed, and commercially viable.

  • Growth & Positioning: Collaborate on product-led growth (PLG) initiatives. You’ll design onboarding flows that reduce time-to-value and work on the messaging that explains why our AI outperforms the competition.

  • Feedback Loops: Establish a rigorous process for gathering user feedback and telemetry data to iterate on the product in near real-time, maintaining a tight loop between "build, measure, and learn."

Who You Are

  • The 5-7 Year Veteran: You’ve spent significant time in the trenches of B2B SaaS or AI. You’ve seen what "good" looks like, but you’re hungry to build "great."

  • Independent Thinker: You don't need a playbook handed to you. You find the problems, validate them with data and customers, and propose the solutions.

  • The "Marketer-PM" Hybrid: You understand that building the product is only half the battle. You know how to position a product so it resonates and can drive growth through marketing efforts.

  • Technically Fluent: You don't need to code, but you should understand how LLMs, TTS (Text-to-Speech), and STT (Speech-to-Text) pipelines work, especially regarding latency and accuracy.

  • High Agency: When a hurdle appears, you go over, under, or through it. You thrive in the ambiguity and fast pace of an early-stage startup.
