As a Product Manager at Hubtype, you'll have the opportunity to work with a passionate team and contribute to shaping the future of customer engagement technology.

What you'll do

Your main responsibility will be to help maximize the value that Hubtype can deliver to its customers. You'll collaborate closely with UX and Data Scientists to uncover our customer's most important problems and contribute to the discovery of the right solutions. You'll also support the definition of the product vision and strategy by bringing user insights and market context into decision-making. You'll work with the leadership team to ensure product initiatives align with business objectives, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success to support go-to-market efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning in alignment with business goals and customer needs
  • Collaborate with UX and Data to drive discovery initiatives and user research
  • Support Agile product development: plan sprints, manage the backlog, and ensure delivery of high-quality releases
  • Deeply understand our B2B Enterprise customers and help define solutions that address their pain points
  • Conduct market research and stay up to date on competitive trends to inform product decisions
  • Use data and user feedback to improve existing features and identify opportunities
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to support product launches and drive adoption
  • Advocate for excellent user experiences across all touch-points

Requirements

We are looking for someone able to work cross-functionally with our teams and help us in our mission to create better business-consumer relationships by embracing simple, meaningful and customer-centric communication.

  • 2–4 years of experience in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS or Enterprise software
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and delivering product improvements
  • Exposure to Conversational AI, chatbot technologies, or customer experience platforms is a plus
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders across the organization
  • Analytical mindset, comfortable working with data to inform decisions
  • A proactive and entrepreneurial attitude, eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Business, etc.)
