What's the Opportunity?
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the Payins Services domain — the backbone of how dLocal publishes, notifies, and reports on payment events to internal systems and external merchants.
You'll own three interconnected areas of the payins data lifecycle:
Internal event publishing: Reliable, real-time delivery of structured payment events to downstream consumers (finance, fraud, traceability). You own delivery continuity, latency, and data integrity.
Merchant notifications: Webhook/IPN delivery so merchants stay in sync with payment lifecycle events. You own delivery success rates, latency, and retry handling.
Merchant reporting data: Accurate, reconciled payins and balance data powering the Merchant Dashboard. You own data freshness, consistency, and pipeline health.
This is a high-leverage role at the intersection of distributed systems, data infrastructure, and merchant experience.
What will I be doing?
Own vision, strategy, and roadmap for Payins Services, aligned with the broader Payins vertical and company objectives.
Define and drive KPIs: delivery continuity, notification latency, data freshness, reconciliation accuracy, system health.
Lead discovery and delivery end-to-end — from merchant pain points to shipped solutions.
Partner deeply with Engineering on event-driven systems, data pipelines, webhook infrastructure, and observability.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Fraud, Compliance, Operations, and Merchant Experience teams.
Drive operational excellence: reduce incidents, improve alerting, ensure graceful degradation.
What skills do you need?
5+ years of PM experience in payments, fintech, data infrastructure, or platform products.
Technical fluency — event-driven architectures, messaging queues, ETL pipelines, API design.
Data-driven: comfortable with SQL and BI tools, track record of using metrics to prioritize.
Operational mindset: reliability, latency, and error rates are first-class product concerns for you.
Proven end-to-end ownership of complex, cross-functional product areas.
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
