Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive product-led growth and monetization through data-driven experimentation, AI-powered personalization, and user insight. 

Prezi is leading the way in AI-powered visual communications, pioneering tools that transform how people create, share, and deliver ideas. We are seeing rapid growth in our active user base, and your role is to ensure our growth and monetization strategies align with emerging usage patterns.

You’ll lead a cross-functional team of engineers, a designer, and a data analyst, owning the full monetization funnel - from registration to subscription, expansion, and renewals.

You’ll report to the Director of Product and play a key role in advancing Prezi’s product-led growth strategy in the era of AI-powered creativity.

If you…

• Have 5+ years of experience driving growth or monetization in a SaaS or consumer tech environment

• Thrive in a fast-paced, iterative setting where priorities evolve quickly
• Balance user empathy with a sharp commercial mindset
• Outcomes-driven, prioritizing impact over precision
• Combine analytical rigor with creative experimentation
• Enjoy turning qualitative insight and data into hypotheses, then testing, learning, and scaling what works
• Comfortable working with AI-driven tooling and automation to optimize funnels and user experiences
• Have experience building test plans, seeing them through and then distilling learnings
• Understand Agile development processes and can guide your team from idea to impact
• Excellent facilitator between multidisciplinary product, design, and engineering teams.

• Have leadership experience influencing across product, engineering, design, data, and marketing

Bonus points if:

• Have experience applying AI or ML models in growth or monetization (e.g., predictive scoring, personalized pricing, LTV modeling, or recommendation systems)
• Have experience with credit / usage based incentives and monetization 
• Are fluent in SQL and comfortable exploring large datasets
• Understand statistical testing and experiment design deeply
• Have worked with growth tools like Amplitude, Optimizely, Mixpanel, or Hotjar
• Understand behavioral psychology and its role in product-led growth
• Have experience with freemium and self-serve SaaS monetization models
• Can bridge qualitative insights (user research, UX feedback) with quantitative data to drive action
• Experience with leading multiple adjacent teams

Your day-to-day will include:

• Exploring how new AI capabilities can create innovative growth and monetization opportunities and enhance the Prezi experience
• Driving high-velocity experimentation across the Prezi funnel
• Defining, tracking, and delivering against key revenue and conversion metrics
• Collaborating with marketing, engineering, design, and data teams to generate, prioritize, and test ideas
• Leveraging AI and automation to identify optimization opportunities and personalize user journeys
• Running A/B tests, monitoring performance, and scaling successful outcomes
• Sharing insights, learnings, and recommendations across the organization
• Championing a test-and-learn culture that combines creativity with analytical depth
