Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in digital or gaming industries.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and software development processes.
- Very task/ goal oriented and pragmatic person
- Passion for gaming and a solid understanding of the gaming industry is a plus.
- English level: B2
Your Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the product strategy, vision, and roadmap in alignment with company objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and define product requirements.
- Lead the development of user-centered products by translating insights and feedback into features that enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with engineering, UX, marketing, compliance and other teams to execute product initiatives efficiently.
- Utilize data and analytics to inform decisions and optimize product performance.
- Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders and provide regular updates on product status and roadmap changes.
- Oversee product lifecycle stages from concept through to launch, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource allocation.
