Senior Product Manager, Noa Notes (100% remote-friendly within Spain)

In the Noa AI product area, our mission is to revolutionize the patient management and medical record keeping for doctors and clinics. We lead impactful initiatives like an AI voice bot that handles phone calls for doctors, and smart appointment confirmations to help doctors prevent no-shows. Our flagship AI product is Noa Notes, our medical scribe to help doctors take better notes, and focus more on their patients. <quote from doctor>. As we scale, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to bring Noa Notes to more doctors.

You will be responsible to:

• Define the vision, strategy, and key results for your team to grow the value we provide to doctors, and in-turn the revenue we generate from them. 
• Experiment to refine your solutions and go-to-market strategies.
• Work directly with local teams in customer success, sales and marketing to identify the right problems to solve, and build a shared understanding of the opportunity space. 
• Influence business leaders using data and other evidence, to align the company around your product strategy and evangelise the vision to all the teams.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, research, and analysts to build amazing solutions that doctors and patients love to use.

What will set you up for success in this role? We're looking for someone with a blend of experience, skills, and a proactive mindset. Here's what we have in mind:

• Proven product management experience: 5+ years in product management (B2B2C or B2B), demonstrating a strong track record of launching and growing successful products.
• Entrepreneurial spirit: you have launched a new product from scratch (startup experience or driving new initiatives within a larger organization). We highly value an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to take ownership.
• Prototyping skills: experience quickly validating and prototyping ideas, especially using AI, no-code or unconventional techniques.
• Technical understanding: relevant technical knowledge that enables you to participate confidently in technical discussions with developers.
• Data-driven mindset: analytical skills to synthesize product usage data, break down broad ideas and derive actionable insights.
• Communication and energy: a high level of enthusiasm, a strong sense of ownership, and outstanding communication abilities. 
• Adaptability and autonomy: ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity and freedom. "Hands-on" approach with the flexibility to switch between strategic thinking and operational tasks.

Bonus points if you have:

• Software engineering background
• Experience taking a product from idea to profit on your own.
• Experience in the healthcare industry.
• Experience with building AI Saas products
