Role Overview
The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for driving the product vision, strategy, and execution for a core platform within the client project. This role requires a strong understanding of digital product development, business requirements analysis, and technical feasibility assessment. The Senior Product Manager will work closely with stakeholders, designers, and engineers to ensure that all capabilities are effectively integrated into the platform, enhancing user experience, streamlining workflows, and enabling new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
Define and own the product strategy within the client platform.
Align product goals with business objectives, ensuring that enhancements and new functionalities improve market positioning and user engagement.
Drive the roadmap, prioritizing features based on user needs and business impact.
Requirements Definition & Roadmap Execution
Gather and analyze business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and user research.
Define clear product requirements, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature specifications.
Develop and maintain a product roadmap, aligning with technical feasibility and implementation constraints.
Manage the product backlog, ensuring effective prioritization based on business goals and technical dependencies.
User Experience
Work closely with UX and engineering teams to design user experiences that enhance usability and efficiency.
Define user personas, workflows, and journey maps to inform feature development.
Validate prototypes, wireframes, and clickable demos with potential users and stakeholders.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of product objectives and technical constraints.
Collaborate with platform engineers and data teams to translate business goals into features.
Align product development efforts with the client’s broader digital transformation initiatives.
Performance Measurement & Continuous Improvement
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of delivered features.
Gather user feedback and iterate on features to continuously improve the product experience.
Ensure that all capabilities align with security, compliance, and ethical guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Product Management Expertise
5–7 years of experience in product management, ideally within digital platforms or enterprise solutions.
Proven track record of delivering user-centered products in B2B/enterprise environments.
Strong background in agile methodologies, backlog management, and feature prioritization.
User-Centric Mindset
Strong experience in user research, persona development, and usability testing.
Ability to define and validate user experiences through iterative design.
Experience working with UX/UI teams to create seamless interactions.
Leadership & Communication
Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience leading cross-functional teams, aligning product vision with engineering constraints.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance business objectives with technical feasibility.
