Your Opportunity

As a Product Manager, you will be the product champion for one of our most impactful products - especially large existing customers, enterprise partners, and key platform integrators. You will balance strategic planning with high-touch customer engagement, ensuring we deepen relationships, close gaps from legacy implementations, and deliver prioritized value for both customers and internal teams.

You will support and collaborate closely with Sales, helping to align execution against both customer priorities and business outcomes.

Requirements

Engage regularly sales to align on prioritized tasks, clarify customer needs, and help sequence product work that delivers value.
Act as a liaison between customer voices and internal teams, ensuring prioritization is clear and high-impact.
Identify and close gaps for previous customers, turning feedback into actionable product enhancements and measurable outcomes.
Lead cross-functional coordination across Product, Support, Sales, and Engineering stakeholders to drive alignment and delivery.
Manage product decisions with confidence in conditions of uncertainty.
Spend time on product management activities, including roadmap strategy, backlog refinement, prioritization frameworks, and iterative delivery.
