Responsibilities
Own the product roadmap for Margin backend systems, including Unified Trading Account (UTA) capabilities.
Design and improve core logic for margin calculation, leverage, collateral management, risk ratios, and liquidation.
Partner closely with Engineering, Risk, Quant, and Trading teams to build scalable and resilient backend systems.
Translate complex margin and risk requirements into clear PRDs, system flows, and technical specs.
Drive system optimizations to improve accuracy, stability, latency, and margin efficiency.
Coordinate across Spot, Derivatives, Wallet, and Risk teams to deliver seamless unified account experiences.
Own the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and ongoing optimization.
Requirements
Open from junior to senior levels; product experience is not a must as long as you have experience working with trading systems.
Deep understanding of Financial products like Margin, Futures, Perpetual swaps, options etc.
Technical or quantitative background (e.g., CS, Financial Engineering, Math).
Ability to understand trading algorithms, risk methods, and translate them into product requirements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to coordinate with global stakeholders and overseas partners.
