What to expect

Your responsibilities include:

Product Area Strategy:
  • Shape and communicate a clear, user-centric product vision for your product area. 
  • Analyze industry and market trends to uncover opportunities and risks. Build and maintain an informed, impact-oriented roadmap aligned with customer needs and Maltego’s strategy. 
Product Development:
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate user problems into well-scoped requirements. 
  • Guide your product area throughout the entire lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring clarity, quality, and alignment. Validate solutions through user testing, insights, and continuous iteration. 
 Stakeholder Management:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding your product area.
  • Present product updates, roadmaps, and key insights to leadership and cross-functional teams. .
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry influencers to gather insights and feedback.
Go-to-Market Strategy:
  • Work with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market plans, including product positioning, messaging, and launch strategies.
  • Support teams with product knowledge, training, and enablement materials. 
  • Monitor product adoption and health using data and qualitative insights to drive continuous improvement.
Customer Focus:
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer pain points, needs, and workflows through direct interaction and feedback.
  • Integrate customer feedback into the product development process.
  • Champion a customer-centric culture within the product team and across Maltego

Your profile in short

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a B2B software environment.  
  • Experience in Cyber Security Operations (CSO), Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI), or Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) is a big plus
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes, including agile methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Oustandingcommunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders.
  • Practical experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Productboard) and data analysis tools (e.g., Amplitude, Metabase).
  • Fluency in English is required
