We are currently looking for a skilled (Senior) Product Manager (m/f/d) for our Content & Advertising Tech team at About You.
As part of the Brand & Advertising Tech Unit, our Content & Advertising Tech team manages the Content Management System used to publish content. We also provide a dedicated tool that enables partner brands to publish and improve their content ads across our shops.
What you will do
- Work closely with the Product Lead, supporting stakeholder management and actively shaping the ABOUT YOU Content & Advertising Tech team
- Support the development of features with a hands-on mindset by closely collaborating with developers, designers and QA´s. Assisting in testing, gathering requirements, and creating dev-ready tickets.
- Coordinate the product development team by prioritising operational topics, identifying technical dependencies, and evaluating business impact
- Adopt a data-driven approach: use reports and analyses to derive actions consistently aligned with our customers’ needs
- Conceptualise new features and guide the entire process, from initial idea through implementation.
- Be part of an international product team and develop features for thousands of users
- Work in a dynamic environment with flat hierarchies and fast decision-making processes
Who you are:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in IT product management or IT project management, ideally with direct product ownership
- You are analytical, data-driven and focus on efficiency and solutions
- Analytical, data-driven mindset with a focus on efficiency and solution orientation
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to understand different perspectives easily
- Structured, detail-oriented, and customer-focused way of working
- Practical and recent experience working with Jira and Confluence
Nice to have:
- Experience in e-commerce or performance marketing is a plus
- Initial hands-on experience with UI design and/or development tools is a plus
