About the Opportunity
As a Senior Product Manager, you will own and articulate the strategic vision for your product area in close partnership with Engineering and Product Design. You will be a vital catalyst for our North Star by breaking down complex, ambiguous problems into impactful feature developments while balancing near-term customer value with long-term product scalability. This role requires an AI-curious, data-driven leader who can connect directly with enterprise customers, navigate technical constraints, and champion
In addition, you’ll be responsible for:
- Vision & Strategy Ownership: Own and articulate the vision for your product area in partnership with Engineering and Product Design peers, prioritizing long-term strategy ahead of short-term gains while delivering value rapidly
- Roadmap & Tradeoff Management: Work with leadership to build product roadmaps and priorities, making difficult tradeoffs that balance customer requirements with organizational capabilities and technical feasibility
- Discovery & Collaboration: Identify new feature opportunities by analyzing customer requirements, technology trends, and competitive gaps. Write clear documentation in collaboration with Design, Engineering, and Product leadership
- Customer Engagement: Connect with customers directly to deep-dive into complex issues, communicate roadmap timelines, and design intuitive solutions that address their core pain points
- Data-Driven Success: Use data and product analytics to inform key decisions, tell convincing stories, and build metrics to report on positive business impact and user satisfaction
Skills & Experience
Must-Haves
- At least 5 years of Product Management experience focused on a B2B or B2B SaaS product
- Solid technical background with an extensive understanding of modern digital products, infrastructure, and workflows
- Demonstrated ability to drive results and build roadmaps through complex, ambiguous product developments in a fast-paced environment
- Superb storytelling and communication skills, with comfort presenting compelling narratives to senior leadership and enterprise customers alike
- Experience using AI tools to streamline tasks and improve efficiencies (AI-curious with an understanding of generative AI and emerging technologies)
Nice-to-Haves
- Prior experience in the Learning & Development (L&D) or People Management domain
- Familiarity with API integrations and technologies
- Experience working cross-functionally with remote, distributed engineering or product teams
