We are looking for a Senior Product Manager (App) to take ownership of our mobile app experience and drive measurable improvements in user conversion, engagement, and retention. This role will be instrumental in shaping Coins.ph’s next phase of growth by optimizing onboarding flows, launching key product features, and ensuring continuous app enhancements.
Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Coins.ph’s mobile app (iOS and Android), from discovery and ideation to launch and iteration.
Define and execute a product roadmap focused on improving conversion rate, user activation, retention, and transaction success.
Collaborate with design, engineering, data, compliance, and marketing to deliver seamless user experiences.
Lead app updates and releases, ensuring smooth deployment, feature adoption, and bug resolution.
Analyze app funnel data and KPIs to identify pain points and prioritize impactful product improvements.
Drive A/B testing and experiments to optimize onboarding, KYC flows, payment flows, and key transactions.
Translate user insights, competitive research, and business needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards while balancing usability and innovation.
Act as the voice of the user, advocating for simple, intuitive, and engaging app experiences.
Qualifications
8+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years managing mobile applications.
Proven track record of improving conversion rates, user engagement, and retention in consumer-facing apps.
Strong analytical skills; experience with data-driven product decisions, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.
Familiarity with fintech, payments, or crypto products is highly preferred.
Ability to balance user experience, technical feasibility, and business impact.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile startup environment.
