We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to own our integrations/connectors strategy and help bring AI agent capabilities to life across our AI-powered B2B product. You’ll bring structure to engineering work, be a strong and informed voice in the room, and consistently steer conversations back to the agreed strategy and customer problems. You’re equally comfortable in complex technical detail (Salesforce, ServiceNow, authentication, permissions) and in framing crisp business outcomes. You’ll work with the product leadership to realize the strategy and have meaningful input into its evolution.

What you’ll do:

  • Bring structure and clarity:
    • Establish and run repeatable product processes: discovery, prioritization, backlog, PRDs/specs, acceptance criteria, and sprint planning.
    • Create strong definitions of done, instrumentation plans, and success metrics for every initiative.
    • Ensure engineering work maps to customer problems and strategy; ruthlessly de-scope when needed.
  • Be the strong voice in the room:
    • Facilitate decision-making; say no with context; hold teams accountable to the plan.
    • Keep conversations anchored on outcomes, not implementation preferences.
    • Communicate crisply to executives, engineering, design, GTM, partners, and customers.
  • Lead integrations and connectors:
    • Own the roadmap for core integrations and connectors.
    • Partner with engineering on integration methods and capabilities (API, MCP, auth, data sync, webhooks/events, error handling, retries, rate limits, permissions mapping).
  • Customer discovery and validation:
    • Collaborate closely with commercial stakeholders and run deep product discovery; identify real customer problems and ways to maximise the impact for your customers and your company.
    • Map user/permission models and data flows; align solutions with enterprise constraints (compliance, audit, data residency).
  • Deliver business impact:
    • Define and track KPIs (usage, adoption, reliability, latency, setup time, success rates).
    • Partner with Sales/CS/Support on enablement, packaging, pricing implications, and rollout plans.

What you'll bring:

  • B2B SaaS Veteran: Proven experience in B2B SaaS, specifically working with Connectors, Integrations, or API-first products.
  • Technical Literacy: You don’t need to code, but you must be "thorough enough" to read API documentation and understand the permission sets/architecture of complex CRMs and ITSMs (Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.).
  • Commercial Gravity: You are business-minded. You understand that great engineering must serve business goals. You are comfortable holding the line against engineering pressure when necessary to protect the product vision.
  • AI Agent Enthusiasm: You must be genuinely excited about the rise of AI Agents. You are curious about how LLMs interact with external tools and are eager to apply this to our integration strategy.
  • Nice to Have: Hands-on AI Experience: Direct experience building products that utilize AI Agents, LLMs, or RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
